CUSTOM FABRICATED HORIZONTAL STORAGE TANKS

Bendel can provide high quality custom fabricated aboveground single-wall or double-wall horizontal storage tanks up to 144” diameter and 50,000 gallon capacity. ​

Our horizontal storage tanks are designed, manufactured, tested and labelled per:

• API-620
• API-650
• ASME

We can also provide stamped and non-stamped ASME single-wall storage tanks up to 186” diameter and 75,000 gallon capacity.

OPTIONS & FEATURES

Custom storage tanks can be provided with support saddles and/or multiple compartments dependent upon customer requirements.

Single-wall and double-wall horizontal storage tanks are available in the following materials:

• Carbon Steel
• Stainless Steel 
• Nickel Alloy

ACCESSORIES & ADD-ONS

Bendel can also custom fabricate OSHA compliant caged ladders, platforms, and catwalks. These accessories can be provided with a variety of finishes and colors including prime painted only, two-part Acrylic enamel or epoxy top coats, or hot dipped galvanizing. ​

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Other tank options available include: Internal and external coatings, polished stainless steel finishes, internal heating/cooling coils, half-pipe jackets, dimpled jackets, heat tape systems, submersible or dry well heaters just to name a few.
